- Drums require special handling and shipping, which takes approximately one month.

Inspect Upon Arrival: Once the instrument arrives, ensure it is undamaged before signing for it, regardless of whether the outer packaging shows signs of damage, to avoid unnecessary complications later.

Unboxing Precautions: Take photos and videos while unboxing to provide evidence in case of any damage claims.

Proper Placement: After installation, do not place the instrument on the balcony or under an air vent. Instruments are sensitive to sunlight, drying winds, and significant temperature changes.

Multiple Shipments: For some drum sets, different models and hardware parts may be shipped separately from different warehouses based on the customer's selections. Be mindful of any missing items during receipt.
